On Thursday, March 7, the Martin County Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble performed at the Florida Bandmasters Association District 13 Concert Music Performance Assessment at Vero Beach High School.
Symphonic Band received an overall EXCELLENT rating while earning a SUPERIOR rating in Sight Reading.
Wind Ensemble earned a unanimous SUPERIOR rating and received a grade of 'A' in every caption of adjudication.
Additionally, students Ashley Crosby and Luis Medina participated in the Student Conductor assessment and both earned a SUPERIOR rating.
Congratulations to all of our MCHS band students for their outstanding performances and results! The Martin County Wind Ensemble will perform at the State Concert Music Performance Assessment on April 22-24 (exact date TBD) at Vero Beach High School.
