Write a short essay with the prompt from above and submit to Mrs. Ginger in the front office. NO LATER THAN FRIDAY FEBRUARY 16th.

Criteria to participate on the 8th Grade GradVenture Trip to Universal Studios
Students are expected to meet our ROAR expectations for the specified time frame that began on January 11, 2024, and ends May 11, 2024.
If a student receives 1 behavior referral after January 11th during the criteria period, they will NOT be allowed to attend the trip.
An Appeals Process will be available to students who do receive ONE behavior referral during the criteria period. Students will be required to write an essay in their appeal. Students that do not show up for their appeal will forfeit their ability to appeal. The decision of the Appeals Committee will be final. The dates for GradVenture Appeals are April 29 - May 3, 2024.
Students must be in compliance with state attendance requirements (not have missed more than 10% of the school year or 18 days.)
Students must be passing all their classes with a 60% or higher during 4th quarter.
All outstanding fees (library books, pictures, textbooks, laptop and tech fees, etc.) must be paid in full prior to paying for the event (March 8th for GradVenture).
Once a student pays for the trip there are NO REFUNDS if they are removed for behavior. Tickets for the trip are purchased in advance of the trip.
